NEPTUNE RING
Handcrafted 14k yellow gold double band with a beautiful 20mm raw aquamarine stone. Let’s make a statement! Also available in 14K rose and white gold.
sizes: 3-16
Stone: genuine raw aquamarine. Each stone is natural with its own unique shape and edges which make this piece one of a kind. I try to keep them as close to the photo as possible.
Fun Fact: Aquamarine is heavily associated with sea-faring and sailing. Also known as “the sailors stone” based on folklore, was said to provide protection to those who wore it. Sailors believed it would calm the seas for a smooth sail and protect them from the seductive calls of the sirens. It is part of the beryl family with its blue and green tones. Cool to the touch and an 8 on the moh scale. Aquamarine named as a stone of the sea is also historically where we get the tradition of “something blue” for our wedding day. This tradition started in India as a gift of good luck for the bride and groom as aquamarine was originally abundant there before traveling west.
