We try our best to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. Here you will find everything you need to know about shopping online here at LaRue & Co.

If you don’t find the information you need, please do not hesitate to reach out to larueandcollc@gmail.com for any questions and concerns. If you are unhappy with your order we want to hear about it.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items are final. Discount codes do not apply to this rule

  • Shipping:

    • All pieces are handmade and made to order by LARUE herself, so please allow 1-2 weeks for processing before items are shipped. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number. If you do not receive this please check your junk mail and or reach out to us. Terms subject to change during holiday season and sales. If you need your order expedited please reach out to us directly. Once shipped, please keep in mind once in the hands of the post office delays and or lost merchandise is not our responsibility. If you experience this please reach out to the post offfice directly.

    • All delivery timeframes are from the day the order is shipped. Please allow for potential delays due to current COVID-19 restrictions out of our control.

  • Returns:

    • 5357 N PASEO DE LA TERRAZA, TUCSON, AZ 85750

    • All returns must be sent to the above address within 14 days of the date you received the item/s in their original, unworn condition (free of scratches and marks), and in same packaging. Any return requests made outside this period will be denied. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after the package has been delivered back to us. Once your return has been processed and assessed, we will refund your order immediately and notify you via email. All refunds will go back on the card you used to place the order.

    • Please be careful when trying on your purchase as any marks may disrupt the return process.

  • Cancelations:

    • You may cancel your order within the first 4 days of purchase. All items are made to order by human hands. Cancelations out of this period will be denied.

    • For any and all cancelations please contact us directly at larueandcollc@gmail.com with your order number, Product/s you are wanting to cancel and reasons you are canceling.

  • Exchanges:

    • For any and all exchanges please reach out to us directly via email and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please include your name, order number, what you ordered and what you would like to exchange it for in the email. Exchanges are only valid for items of equal or lesser value of the original item purchased. If item is Solid Gold prices may vary depending on sizing. In this case we can discuss on a case by case basis. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase;)

    • Exchanges must be in original unworn condition in original packaging.

    • Custom pieces and Apothecary items(ie: candles, bath bombs, etc.) are exempt from exchanges due to the creative process of originality.
